The terms that apply to quotes, bookings and hauls arranged through this website.

Quotes
Quotes are based on the load information you provide. If the actual cargo, dimensions, weight, access or route differ from what was described, the price and schedule may need to be adjusted before the load moves.
Scheduling
Pickup and delivery windows are estimates made in good faith. Weather, traffic, jobsite access, supplier delays and equipment availability can affect timing. We communicate changes as soon as we know about them.
Cargo
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods or improperly declared cargo. You are responsible for accurately describing what is being hauled and for having the legal right to ship it.
Loading & Unloading
Loading and unloading responsibilities are confirmed with your quote. Where equipment or assistance is required on your end, it must be available at the scheduled time.
Access & Site Conditions
You are responsible for disclosing access limitations, weight restrictions, soft ground, low clearances and similar conditions. We are not responsible for damage caused by site conditions that were not disclosed.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with your quote prior to scheduling.
Cancellations
Let us know as early as possible if a load needs to be cancelled or rescheduled so the slot can be released.
